Covid-19 response
As COVID-19 continues to threaten the lives and livelihoods of communities, the Unimodal Foundation is responding to the needs of vulnerable people and frontline workers. Unimodal Foundation distributed food to daily wage laborers and the needy in Gujarat. We also donated masks for the needy and the front liners at the DM office. Around 7,500 people have been reached in this effort to relieve people from hunger and protect our community from the transmission of COVID-19 during the Lockdown. Our team is closely working with the district administration to provide people with basic essentials during this lockdown. We have been responding to the needs of the daily wage workers, needy families, and health care workers by distributing Food, Groceries, and Hygiene kits i.e. dry ration kits, cooked food, masks, sanitizers, soaps, sanitary pads, etc. We Provided Training on COVID-19 awareness and guidelines. We Trained approximately 45000 People in covid situation.
